Finite Element Circus Fall 2017 UMBC

The Fall 2017 Finite Element Circus took place on the UMBC campus on Friday and Saturday, October 20 and 21.

This Circus was supported by funds from the Department of Mathematics and Statistics and the College of Natural and Mathematical Sciences at UMBC.

Venue and Schedule

Friday, 1:30pm–5:30pm: Talks in ITE 104 (see this map)
Friday, 6:00pm–8:30pm: Dinner at The Trolley Stop in Historic Ellicott City. Click here for more information.
Saturday, 9:00am–3:30pm (expected): Talks in ITE 104, with lunch (noon) and coffee breaks (times TBD).

Lunch on Friday

There are several lunch options on the UMBC Campus most of which are located in the Commons Building (see Campus Maps). We recommend the Skylight Room on the top floor of Commons.
